Self-drilling Anchor
Application:
During the construction of underground works, it is very common to encounter soft rock, fractured zone and large deformation due to high ground stress. In the case of serious collapsing, extra-long anchor is needed instead of ordinary one.
Self-drilling anchor embodies drilling, grouting and anchoring as a whole.
Widely used as an efficient anchoring means, in tunnel pre-support, slope, coast, mine, water conservancy projects, building foundation, roadbed reinforcement and geological diseases treatment such as landslip, crack, sink age. It’s irreplaceable in narrow construction environment.

Easy to penetrate various rocks;

Self-drilling anchor can be used at the place with narrow space, achieving the aim of rock reinforcement with extra-long anchor;
3, High-strength plate and nut
The stress of surrounding rock is uniformly transferred to the rock wall, realizing the purpose of support each other between surrounding rock and anchor.
4, Continuous international standard wave-shape thread
Anchor can be used with bit to drill holes;
5, Unnecessary to be pulled out
Hollow steel can be used as grouting channel;
6, High pressure grouting stopper
Grouting pressure can be kept at a high level, and the cracks are fully filled and the fractured rock is improved.
7, Embodies drilling, grouting and anchoring as a whole
It’s unnecessary to take the measures of sleeve protecting and pregrouting to drill holes in condition to various surrounding rocks since this anchor and significant anchoring and grouting are achieved.
